Mantra Group has unveiled a new brand film featuring actor and brand ambassador Ranbir Kapoor alongside its Managing Director, Rohit Gupta. The film draws parallels between their professional journeys, both of which began in 2007, while tracing the real estate group’s growth from its beginnings in Pune.

The film marks the first time Gupta has appeared alongside Kapoor in the brand’s communication. It explores how both individuals have built their identities and evolved professionally, creating a narrative that connects their respective journeys with Mantra Group’s expansion over the years.

Founded in Pune in 2007, Mantra Group has grown its presence beyond the city into Mumbai and international markets. Its portfolio spans residential, commercial, retail and luxury real estate developments.

The group has also expanded into branded residences through its partnership with luxury brand Jacob & Co. for a project at Al Marjan Island in the UAE. This marks another step in its presence across premium real estate segments.

Rohit Gupta, Managing Director, Mantra Group, said: “When we started Mantra in 2007, our focus was on building a strong business in Pune and earning the trust of the families we served. Over the years, that foundation has given us the confidence to think beyond individual projects and build a larger Group with ambitions across markets and segments. What makes this association with Ranbir particularly interesting is the parallel in our journeys. We both began in 2007, came from legacy backgrounds and chose to build identities of our own.

Both journeys have been about evolving, exploring new possibilities and creating a distinct space. Having him represent Mantra at this stage of our growth, while coming together in this brand film, makes the association especially meaningful for us. It reflects not just where we are today, but also the ambition with which we look ahead.”

The film is part of Mantra Group’s broader brand communication campaign, ‘The Festival of Choices’, which brings its diverse real estate portfolio under a unified consumer-facing platform.

By connecting Kapoor’s career trajectory with Gupta’s entrepreneurial journey and the group’s evolution, Mantra Group uses the film to communicate its growth story through a personal narrative. The association also reflects the brand’s effort to position its expanding portfolio and ambitions across markets through a consistent identity.
