ETUDE India has launched its first wedding campaign, featuring actor and brand ambassador Palak Tiwari in a story centred on the role of a bridesmaid. The campaign brings the Korean beauty brand’s foundation range into the wedding season, connecting its products with the preparations and celebrations that accompany a friend’s big day.
Set against the backdrop of a wedding, the campaign follows Tiwari through getting-ready moments with friends, as well as haldi and sangeet festivities. Rather than presenting the products in isolation, the narrative places them within the flow of the occasion, showing how makeup fits into the rituals and social moments surrounding a wedding.
The campaign features ETUDE’s Double Lasting Hydrating Foundation as the base for Tiwari’s look, paired with the Double Lasting Powder Cushion for touch-ups during the celebrations. Through this product integration, the brand connects its foundation portfolio with beauty routines that need to move from wedding preparations to the festivities themselves.
“Wedding celebrations are full of excitement and little moments you remember long after the day is over. I loved being part of this campaign and stepping into the role of a bridesmaid from getting ready with everyone to joining in on the dancing. It felt warm, joyful and very close to the kind of wedding celebrations we all love,” said Palak Tiwari, actor and ETUDE brand ambassador.
For ETUDE, the campaign marks an entry into wedding-focused storytelling in India. Mini Sood Banerjee, Deputy Director and Head of Marketing, Amorepacific India, said, “Wedding season brings people together for a series of special occasions, and beauty becomes part of how they prepare for and express themselves at each one. We felt it was the right time for ETUDE India to create its first wedding campaign and join that conversation. The season also brings exciting momentum for the beauty market. Bringing this idea to life with Palak, our brand star, felt like the right fit for ETUDE and for the story we wanted to tell.”
By anchoring its foundation launches in the bridesmaid experience, ETUDE connects product visibility with a familiar part of Indian wedding culture. The campaign uses friendship, getting-ready rituals and celebrations to introduce the range within a setting where beauty products naturally become part of the occasion.
ETUDE’s first wedding campaign takes a situational approach to beauty marketing, placing foundation products within the social rituals of a wedding rather than relying solely on product-led messaging. The bridesmaid narrative gives the brand a way to connect with consumers through preparation, friendship and celebration. Its effectiveness will ultimately depend on how well this cultural context translates into consumer interest in the featured products
