Arena Media India, part of Havas Media India, has secured the integrated media mandate for real estate developer Ashiana Housing following a competitive multi-agency pitch. The account will be led by Manish Sharma, President, Arena Media India, and serviced from the agency’s Gurugram office. Under the mandate, Arena Media India will oversee Ashiana Housing’s media strategy across traditional media and digital platforms, while also bringing audience intelligence, strategic partnerships and data-led media solutions into the mix. Its responsibilities will include media planning and buying, audience targeting and data-led solutions. Ashiana Housing has been operating in the real estate sector for more than 45 years and has a portfolio spanning senior living homes, kid-centric homes and premium homes.
Commenting on the appointment, Ankur Gupta, joint managing director, Ashiana Housing, said the company was looking for a partner that could bring together consumer understanding and integrated media capabilities. “Arena Media India’s strategic approach, collaborative mindset and strong understanding of our business ambitions made them the ideal choice,” he said.
Uday Mohan, chief operating officer, Havas Media and Arena Media India, said the mandate reflects the agency’s recent momentum and its focus on integrated media solutions. “We combine data, technology and human expertise to help brands make faster, smarter decisions while building more connected consumer experiences,” he said.
Archana Aggarwal, chief growth officer, Havas Media Network India, said, “We believe growth comes from understanding what drives people and translating those insights into experiences that create stronger brand and business outcomes.”
The win adds to Arena Media India’s recent mandate gains, which include Samsung, Aakash Institute and Keo Karpin, according to the agency.
