Bernie Stefan will take on the role of CEO of Nestlé Türkiye effective October 1, 2026. He is currently serving as CEO designate at Nestlé Türkiye, a position he has held since September 2026. Stefan joins the role after serving as Chairman and Managing Director of Nestlé Lanka Limited from March 2023 to May 2026.

Prior to this, he was Deputy Zone Greater China, Corporate Vice President at Nestlé from January 2022 to February 2023. He was also Vice President, Regional Management, Zone Asia-Oceania-Sub-Saharan Africa from June 2017 to December 2021. In this role, Stefan was part of the Nestlé Zone AOA Management Team and was responsible for the Greater China Region, South Asia Region covering India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, and Pakistan. He also held leadership responsibilities across marketing, sales and e-commerce for the zone.

Before that, Stefan served as Vice President, Strategy & Business Development, Nestlé Greater China Region from November 2012 to May 2017. He was also a member of the Nestlé Greater China Region Executive Board and led strategy and M&A activities for the region. Stefan began his Nestlé career as Head of Route Sales & Operations at Nestlé Peters Ice Cream in Australia, a role he held from February 2008 to October 2012. He has also served as Board Member of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce and Hsu Fu Chi International Group, as well as Advisory Board Member of the Swiss-Chinese Chamber of Commerce. Stefan now takes on the role of CEO of Nestlé Türkiye, where he will lead the business from October 1, 2026.
