MediBuddy has appointed Shalabh Shrivastava as Head of Operations, bringing more than two decades of experience across consumer technology, e-commerce, retail and consulting.

Shrivastava joins MediBuddy from Swiggy, where he most recently led product, design and operations for the company’s driver organisation. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening the systems and processes supporting MediBuddy’s expanding healthcare network, with an emphasis on operational effectiveness, technology-led automation and execution capabilities.

Prior to Swiggy, Shrivastava spent more than a decade at Flipkart, where he held leadership positions spanning first-mile, last-mile and third-party logistics before becoming VP & National Head of Large & Furniture Supply Chain.

Earlier, he held roles at Reliance Retail, Cognizant and Ernst & Young, gaining experience across retail, consulting and investment banking.
