Dicko will lead L’Oréal’s digital, eCommerce and marketing agenda across more than 35 markets in the region, effective September 1, 2026.
L’Oréal has appointed Marc Dicko as Chief Digital and Marketing Officer (CDMO) for its South Asia Pacific, Middle East and North Africa (SAPMENA) region, effective September 1, 2026.
Based in Singapore, Dicko will report to Vismay Sharma, President, L’Oréal SAPMENA, and will oversee the company’s digital, eCommerce and marketing operations across more than 35 markets.
Dicko brings 15 years of experience with L’Oréal, having held digital and eCommerce leadership roles across the company’s Global Division, North Asia, Canada and SAPMENA.
Prior to this appointment, Dicko served as CDMO for L’Oréal Canada. In the role, he worked on strengthening the company’s direct-to-consumer business, scaling indirect eCommerce and integrating artificial intelligence across operations and consumer experiences.
Dicko succeeds Lex Bradshaw-Zanger, who has led L’Oréal’s regional digital, marketing and eCommerce functions since 2023.
