Preeti Khullar has been promoted to Director at Procter & Gamble, taking on horizontal leadership responsibilities across Fulfillment Operations, Governance and Plant Shared Services.

Khullar has been with Procter & Gamble for over eight years, having held multiple leadership roles across operations, manufacturing, capacity expansion and supply chain.

In her new role, she will oversee critical site-wide governance and shared services, building on her experience in operational excellence, transformation, capacity expansion and large-scale launches across multiple business units.

Prior to her promotion, Khullar served as Senior Manager – Capacity Expansion & Launch Leader for the Fabric Liquids business from March 2025 to August 2026. In the role, she led manufacturing transition and New Product Introduction programmes, while driving supply chain transformation, portfolio growth and cost optimisation.

Before this, she was Senior Manager – Operations Department Head for the Fabric Care business, where she led end-to-end manufacturing operations for Ariel and Tide Liquids at P&G India’s first Fabric Liquids manufacturing site.

Khullar previously served as Senior Manager – Technical Group Leader and Contract Manufacturing Site Head for the Baby Care business, Operations Manager for the Baby Care business, and Operations Manager for the Fem Care business.

She began her professional career with Reliance Industries, where she worked across operations and technical services in the petrochemicals business.

With her expanded mandate at Procter & Gamble, Khullar will continue to focus on operational excellence, governance, supply network leadership and building high-performing teams.
