Nidhima M. has joined PepsiCo as Senior Director HR – India, Bangladesh and Nepal, taking on a leadership role focused on partnering with PepsiCo’s leadership to build a future-ready Foods and Beverage business and unlock the potential of its people and business.
Nidhima announced the move on LinkedIn, writing, “Excited to share I’ve joined PepsiCo”. She added, “Looking forward to the journey ahead, working with incredible teams and driving meaningful impact!” She also thanked her previous employer Amazon for “the incredible experience.”
Before joining PepsiCo, Nidhima was Senior Manager HR/People Partner for Amazon Stores Customer Experience teams. At Amazon, she led the People function for global stores customer services experience teams across centres in Delhi, Pune, Chandigarh and Hyderabad. Her work included large-scale organisation design initiatives in India and globally, as well as leading HR for Amazon’s integrated vertical Frontizo, including its day-one integration for more than 1,800 employees and subsequent cultural assimilation efforts.
Earlier, Nidhima served as Head of Human Resources, India at Revolut, where she focused on establishing the People function for the company’s India operations, developing market-relevant policies and processes, and working with the CEO on India’s leadership structure and executive appointments.
Her career also includes significant HR leadership experience at Unilever. As Global HR Director for Mergers and Acquisitions, Finance and Corporate teams, she led people strategy for global M&A and corporate finance teams, including work on M&A integration and separation, organisational design and change management. She also led the global tax transformation project and worked on Unilever’s global Diversity and Inclusion strategy.
Prior to that, as Global HR Business Partner for Tech and India HR Lead for Unilever Technology and Operations, she was involved in setting up and scaling the company’s Technology, Analytics and Operations centre in India, alongside work spanning future skills, talent, location strategy and HR transformation.
Nidhima has also held HR leadership positions at HSBC, including SVP and India Lead, HR for Global Banking & Markets and Private Banking, where her focus included talent attraction, development and succession planning.
With experience across people strategy, organisational transformation, leadership development and business partnering at Amazon, Unilever, Revolut and HSBC, Nidhima now takes on the Senior Director HR role at PepsiCo covering India, Bangladesh and Nepal.
